We will explore how your Mercury sign and house placement reveal your natural communication style.  This is how you think, process, express, and connect.  We will also go through some supporting placements that may influence your voice and potential energetic issues surrounding it.

Silence is often a trauma response.  We will gently explore where it is we have learned to shrink and mask and learn new techniques to replace these patterns with embodied, authentic communication.  We will discover ways to find self-regulation and emotional clarity so that you don't get hijacked by fear or people pleasing.
